What is Sleep Apnea?

There are currently three types people can get:

Obstructive sleep apnea is the most common type. This occurs when something is physically blocking your airway.

Central sleep apnea occurs when there’s a dysfunction in your central nervous system. This results in your brain failing to tell your muscles to breathe.

Complex sleep apnea is a combination of obstructive and central sleep apnea.

Common Symptoms of Sleep Apnea
